Meditation Courses – Petersfield

Introduction to Meditation

This series of 5 meditation classes will take you on a journey of self-discovery whether you are just starting out, meditate occasionally or are more experienced.

We use various different types of meditation, each with their own unique character – some with a specific theme or purpose and others designed to simply facilitate deep relaxation. In that way you can find something that works for you in any situation at any given moment. As part of establishing your own Meditation practice we also look at different ways of preparing your meditation space to create a calm and peaceful place.

Learn and experience how meditation can help improve your sense of calm, peace and wellbeing; how it can reduce stress and feelings of anger and anxiety as well as increasing your energy.

Advanced Meditation Course

You have established your own regular Mediation Practice and understand the different types of meditation and want to progress.  This 5 week course expands your meditation horizons; taking you deep within to explore more high vibrational energies. Each week we will clear and ground our energies through meditation, followed by an expansive meditation using a variety of tools, whilst experiencing deep relaxation.

Soul Connections

Soul Connections is a Monthly Meditation Group; we meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at my home in Petersfield. We use various different types of meditation, each with their own unique character – some with a specific theme or purpose and others designed to simply facilitate deep relaxation.

Each session runs from 7:30pm to 9:30pm; cost per session is £6 to include refreshments.

Groups are kept deliberately small so spaces are limited. Do let me know if you are coming so a seat can be reserved for you.

Hi Beverley

Thank you for a great 5 weeks.  I will miss my Tuesday night meditations. It has been amazing; I look forward to the classes each week. It has been lovely to see all the different types of music that can take you on a journey too.

I signed up to the course to learn more about meditation and how to enjoy meditating. I was feeling fairly optimistic when I arrived for my first meditation but fairly hyper. I am now much more relaxed and enjoy downtime; the course has really helped me to zone out. It has been informative, interesting, fun and really enjoyable. Thank you.
